Appointments & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure appointments and is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Class Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel a scheduled service. If this notice is not given, a charge of 50 percent of the service fee will be applied. EYELASH EXTENSION SETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
