From a young age, I knew I was meant to take a different path—one that embraced change and defied tradition. Early in my career, I quickly rose through the ranks in every job, realizing I was destined for something greater. Building meaningful connections has always been my passion, but it wasn’t until I discovered lashing that I truly found my purpose. What began as a hobby, lashing friends and family, quickly blossomed into a thriving business through word-of-mouth referrals. Taking the leap to leave my full-time job and start Evolution Lash Studio was the best decision of my life.

Evolution Lash Studio & Spa is more than a place for beauty services; it’s a space where connection, laughter, and empowerment come together. My journey began in 2000 when I earned my state hair license and explored makeup, skincare, and hairstyling. Over the years, I’ve overcome challenges to build something that reflects everything I’ve learned and love. Opening Evolution was a dream that turned into reality, and every day, I’m reminded that this is about so much more than lashes—it’s about helping people feel their absolute best.

In Orange County, California, I began my career in the beauty industry. I chose to enroll in a cosmetology course and obtain a license in New York City after moving to the state. From then on, I worked in Soho and acquired the majority of my lash and brow threading knowledge. I made the decision to obtain a New Jersey license as soon as I relocated there. I've been doing lashes and eyebrows for more than ten years, and it's the most fulfilling job I've ever had. I get to know my customers better, hear their stories, and most importantly, help them look and feel their best. For me, this is a passion rather than just a job.
Jackie is a highly experienced beauty professional with over 15 years of expertise in the industry. With more than 9 years as a wax specialist, she has honed her skills and has become a trusted expert in brow shaping, waxing, tinting & henna. As a makeup artist for over a decade, Jackie specializes in creating stunning soft glam looks that enhance her clients' natural beauty. Her meticulous attention to detail extends to her work as a lash artist, ensuring that every client leaves feeling absolutely amazing.

Hi! I am Monica! I have been a licensed esthetician since 2018 and started my career as a bridal makeup artist. While working with brides, I noticed that many were unclear about how to get their skin to look as flawless as they wanted for all their events leading up to their wedding. As a part of the Evolution Lash Team, I am able to provide my brides with a spa-like experience and get their skin in optimal condition for their special day!
Giving my clients the knowledge to maintain their skin care routine between visits makes their experience with me something they can and do appreciate.
