What You'll do
You'll perform a range of skin treatments including HydraFacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized facials tailored to each client's specific skin concerns, from acne and hyperpigmentation to fine lines and sensitivity. You'll consult with clients to understand their goals and build a treatment plan around real results, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
If you're certified in lash extensions or brow lamination, you'll have the opportunity to build a full book of business across multiple services rather than being limited to one specialty.
what we're looking for
A current esthetician license in the state of New Jersey is required. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in facials and skin treatments, genuine knowledge of skin health and product ingredients, and the kind of meticulous, detail-oriented approach our clients have come to expect from Evolution Lash Studio.
Lash extension or brow certification is preferred . Above all, we're looking for someone who treats every client like an individual, who deserves to walk out of our studio feeling beautiful and taken care of!

Do I need to be certified in lash extensions to apply?
No, but it's a strong plus. Skin specialists with additional certification in lash extensions or brow services are able to build a broader client base, and we're open to supporting further training for the right candidate.
