Return/Exchange Policy:
Evolution Lash Pro does not allow returns on any physical product(s) purchased on our website. Evolution Lash Pro allows exchanges on physical product(s) purchased on our website under the following conditions: 1. Exchange request must be received within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order by completing the CONTACT US form HERE. 2. Once an exchange request is approved, physical product(s) must be returned unused and in original packaging. 3. Purchaser to pay all return/exchange shipping costs and fees and physical product(s) must be received by Evolution Lash Pro within fourteen (14) days of exchange approval. No exchanges will be accepted without Evolution Lash Pro’s approval.
Evolution Lash Pro does not allow any returns or exchanges on discontinued products.
Evolution Lash Pro does not allow any refunds on education but can be used towards any future classes.
SHIPPING:
**Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19**Evolution Lash Pro ships orders via USPS. A confirmation email will be sent with tracking information once the purchased good(s) have been shipped. Evolution Lash Pro is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Evolution Lash Pro is not responsible for any extra shipping costs due to an incorrect shipping address being provided. Evolution Lash Pro charges a standard shipping fee in the amount of $4.95 per order.
Educational Classes:
Please be advised that all course payments are non refundable. Payment for courses must be made in full 2 weeks prior to the scheduled course date. If you need to reschedule your course, a request is to be made through email at evelyn@evolutionlashstudio within 5 business days of the scheduled course date.
