How long will my appointment be?
A full set appointment typically takes anywhere from 2-2.5 hours (Discovery & Hybrid Sets) and 3-5 hours (Evolve & Revolution Sets). A fill appointment takes 1+ hours.
How often do I need to come in for a fill?
We recommend booking a fill every 2-3 weeks. You will shed about 1-5 lashes per eye everyday depending on your natural lash cycle. The extensions on lashes that are in the middle of their lifetime cycle are removed and replaced with a new one at the base. This is to maximize the life of the eyelash extensions and to not harm the young lashes that are just starting either cycle.
How far in advance do I need to book my appointment?
Many of our clients pre-book their appointments, therefore our schedule fills up quickly. A full set appointment typically needs to be scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. A fill appointment typically needs to be scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Please keep in mind these are just estimates, and we cannot guarantee an appointment within these time frames.
Can you work over someone else's work?
If you already have lashes on from another salon, we highly recommend scheduling an 1.5 hr fill. Without being able to see the current state of your lashes, its difficult to determine how much time we will need to get them full and we'll need to ensure you don't have any lashes that were applied improperly and will damage your natural lashes and have to be removed. We take the integrity of your natural lashes very seriously, we will not work over your lashes if we see they are damaged or if the work is not clean. We will always recommend a removal first if this is the case. Ensuring you get a great result that you're happy with!
How do I care for my lash extensions?
Aftercare is just as important as the application process. Your lash artist will go over with you proper aftercare with you after your lash set is completed. The good thing here we use advanced glue that you can get your lashes wet right away!
